HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please e-mail us at info@yythelabel.com to begin your return process. Your email should include the following information:
- SUBJECT OF THE EMAIL: RETURN
- Order number
- Your full name
- Item name
- Reason for your return
You have 20 days from receiving your order to request a return. We will not offer any refund after that period.
The returned item must be in its original condition, have not been worn, should not have any odor (good or bad), altered, washed or dry cleaned.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping postage. We suggest using a traceable method to ensure the package will arrive to our facilities.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to inspect your return. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Be noted that shipping fees are not refundable.
