SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders will be processed within 3 business days unless stated otherwise. 
• Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. We will not be held responsible for any orders that can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address.

US DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Right now YY THE LABEL is only offering US domestic shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations very soon.
• All the orders are shipped via USPS.
• Once your order is shipped, it will generally take 2-7 business days to arrive at your destination.
• You will receive a USPS tracking number once your package is on its way.
• Be noted that USPS standard shipping does not include insurance. Please choose USOS Priority Shipment if you would like to add insurance to your order. USOS covers up to $100 for lost, damaged and missing packages. Insurance will not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 
• Please be noted that USPS insurance does not cover stolen packages. Notify us if you want to add signature confirmation to your order if there is a possibility of unsafe delivery. 
• By buying at YY THE LABEL, you agree we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packaged that may occur during shipping.
